By submitting the registration form and participating as an exhibitor at the ArchBuild Expo, you (the "Exhibitor") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers (the "Organizer").

By submitting the registration form and participating as an exhibitor at the ArchBuild Expo, you (the "Exhibitor") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers (the "Organizer").
2. Payment Terms

Payment Due Dates: Booking Ammount will be of 25 % another 50 % they have to submit 30 days prior to the event and full and final payments must be received by the Organizer before event. To take possesion they has to submit NOC issued by organiser. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your booth space.

NO Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing before 1 moth. Cancellations received by organiser before 30 days will refund 50% rest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.
3. Booth Assignment

Allocation of Space: Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organizer reserves the right to relocate booths at their discretion.

Subletting Space: Exhibitors are not permitted to sublet or share their booth space with another company without prior written approval from the Organizer.

The exhibition space rent rates are always shown in the registration form and/or in the Organizer´s offer. The area is rounded up to the nearest square meter. The minimum area of an individual stand is 9 sqm. The minimum area of any individual segment of a joint/collective stand (associations, national stands, professional guilds etc.) is 6 sqm.
4. Exhibit Display

Setup and Tear Down: Exhibitors must adhere to the setup and tear-down schedules provided by the Organizer. Early dismantling is prohibited.

Booth Design: Exhibits should be designed to fit within the dimensions of the allocated booth space. Exhibitors must not obstruct the view or access of neighboring booths.

Exhibitor has to share booth design for approval 7 days before construction

Compliance: All exhibits must comply with local safety, fire, and health regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect and approve all booth displays.

Exhiitor can start fabrication on 15th October 5pm it should be finished on or before 17th midnight.

Draft of 25000 from fabricator as a securty deposite which will refunded back on 20th Oct ( In case of no damage and no delay)
5. Liability

Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Exhibitor, their employees, or their property. Exhibitors assume all risk and responsibility for their participation in the event.
6. Marketing and Promotion

Use of Logos and Trademarks: Exhibitors grant the Organizer the right to use their company name, logo, and other trademarks for promotional purposes related to the event.

Marketing Materials: The Organizer reserves the right to review and approve all marketing materials distributed at the event.
7. Conduct and Behavior

Professional Conduct: Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Compliance with Venue Rules: Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations set by the event venue.
